Every plan carries the same 5-recipient limit per letter, and there is no tier that delivers your letters more carefully than another. Paying for a year costs the same as ten months, and moving between monthly and annual is a conversation with us rather than a penalty.
Unmetered means unmetered for ordinary use. The fair-use terms say what we would do about an account driven by a script or used for bulk messaging, and what we would never do about your own words.

What we will never charge for
Security, privacy, deleting your data, and a recipient's access to a letter written for them. If a paid plan runs out, nothing is deleted: every letter and every attachment stays exactly as it is, and you keep full access to read, export and delete everything. Sending is what pauses — five days after the plan ends, new letters and anything still waiting to go, including inactivity delivery, are held rather than sent, and renewing releases them. Letters already delivered stay with their recipients. The free plan is never held, so scheduling and inactivity protection keep working at its capacity without paying us anything. A paid plan buys capacity, never custody of your own words.
Advertising
The free plan is supported by ads, and they appear only on our public pages — this one, the homepage, how it works, the FAQ and the download page. There are never ads while you are writing, reading or scheduling a letter, never on an attachment, never on the page a recipient opens to read what you sent them, never on an anonymous letter, and never on checkout, settings or anything to do with your security or your account. Every paid plan removes them everywhere: the ad script is not requested at all rather than loaded and hidden.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes — the amount shown is exactly what you pay, with nothing added at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Changed your mind after paying? Read our refund policy.
