Refunds
Refunds and cancellations.
A subscription can be refunded within seven days of the charge. Wallet top-ups and unlocks cannot, once they have bought you something. This page states the policy in one place; the full agreement is in the Terms.

Subscription plans
If you are unhappy with a paid plan, email support@mywishletter.com within seven days of the charge and we will refund the unused part of that period. After seven days we do not refund a period already in progress or already used.
Refunds go back the way you paid, through Razorpay, and typically take five to seven working days to appear once we have approved them — that timing is the bank’s, not ours, and we do not control it.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling from your account settings stops the next charge. It does not end your plan immediately and it does not refund the current period: you keep everything the plan gives you until the period you already paid for runs out, and nothing is charged again after that.
A lapsed plan never deletes anything. If a subscription is not renewed, your letters, drafts, recipients and account stay exactly as they are — what pauses is new sending, five days after the plan ends, and renewing releases it again. See “Plans and payments” in the Terms for the full detail.
Wallet top-ups and unlocking a post
Money you add to your wallet is credited as points for unlocking posts on MyWishLetter, and once added it is not refundable — points cannot be turned back into money, transferred, or paid to a bank. Add only what you intend to spend here.
Unlocking a post, whether paid for directly or from your wallet, buys you access to that post on your account. Once access is granted the payment is not refundable: you have received what you paid for.
The one exception in both directions: if a payment is reversed or charged back by your bank rather than refunded by us, we reverse the matching wallet credit or access, and if the balance has already been spent the amount becomes payable to us — the full terms for this are in “Your wallet” on the Terms.
No physical goods
MyWishLetter delivers letters by email or WhatsApp and nothing is ever shipped. There is no delivery charge, no shipping policy, and no physical return to make.
Where Indian law gives you a refund right we cannot contract out of, it applies regardless of anything on this page. Questions about a specific charge: support@mywishletter.com.
